Mushroom with butter and Soy sauce

Ingredients

some mushroom (Eringi, Enoki, mushroom)

1 tablespoon of cooking sake

1 tablespoon of butter

soy sauce

pepper


Easy to make it!!



Put on cut mushroom and butter on foil then wrap it and pour sake into foil.

Put it into the pan with 100ml water. Put the lid on the pan and cook it with small fire until water is gone. Before eat it, add some soy sauce and pepper.
