Katsu don

Today, I will share my husband’s favorite food.

It has high calories but the taste is yuuum.


We need to cook Katsu (Chicken Katsu) first.

Ingredients

  • ☆200ml water

  • ☆1 teaspoon of fish stock

  • ☆2 tablespoons of Soy sauce

  • ☆2 tablespoons of Mirin

  • ☆0.5 to 1 teaspoon of sugar

  • 1 Onion

  • 2 to 3 eggs

  • 2 Katsu

  • 2 rice bowls of steamed rice



  1. Slice onion, cut Katsu

  2. Mix all ☆sause into the pan and boil it.

  3. After the sauce is boiled, add sliced onions and cook until soft.

  4. Add cut katsu into the pan.

  5. Pour mixed eggs on top of katsu and put the lid on.

  6. When eggs are cooked, it is ready.

  7. Put cooked katsu with eggs on top of steamed rice.
