Cheesy hamburg

Hello.


If you love cheese, you should try cheesy hamburg!






Ingredients

  • Beef mince 500g

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 egg

  • Pinch of Salt & pepper

  • 125g camembert or brie (any cheese)


If you have

  • 2 tablespoon of Panko

  • Roughly 2 tablespoon of milk

  • Pinch of Cinnamon

  1. Chop onion and put it into the microwave for 1 minute to make it soft. Then let it cool down

  2. If you have Panko, put it into a bowl and add milk to make it wet.

  3. Mix mince with cooked onion, panko, egg, salt & pepper and cinnamon and knead it until mixed well.

  4. Shape the mince around the cheese

  5. Put in a pan and put it in the oven 180 ℃ 20-25 minutes

  6. If there is some left over fat, take it off and throw away

  7. To serve put the tomato sauce on top and its ready to eat !



Tomato sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato can

  • 1-2 peace of garlic chopped finely

  • Olive oil

  • ½ tablespoon Vegetable stock - measure to taste


  1. Put some olive oil into a pan and add chopped garlic.

  2. Turn on stove to low heat and slow cook garlic until you can smell cooked garlic.

  3. Add tomato can and some vegetable stock.

  4. Cook it until not watery
